EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE
Working Conditions
Typically works in an institutional, hospital facility, or summer camp facility. Typically work is of a moderate physical nature and often in an outdoor setting conducting recreational activities usually with student campers, long-term care residents, hospital patients, or inmates.
Probationary Period
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.

- Assist in planning and coordinating therapeutic recreational activities such as parties, games, social outings and special events.
- Interacts with residents on a one to one basis to provide individual recreational activities.
- Records and maintains the daily participation records of the residents activities.
