About
Commonwealth Mental Health and Wellness Center (CMHWC) is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Mental Health Counselor Position to provide care in one, or more of the following services: Out Patient Care (OP) & In-Home Therapy (IHT)
Qualified candidates will have experience in providing mental health services and hold an appropriate Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
Appropriate Degrees include: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, or another Therapy/Mental Health related field of study
CMHWC offers care to clients of all ages, and service culturally diverse communities. Individuals fluent in additional languages are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Mental Health Services in one, or more, of the following: OP, IHT.
- Maintain client's mental health records, history, progress notes, assessments, disclosures, treatment plan etc.
- Keep all client information confidential, according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Identify community resources needed to support and sustain achievement of client’s treatment plan goals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
