What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop Front Office staff
- Oversee reservations, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory
- Maximize revenue while controlling costs

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service or management experience (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office & hotel systems preferred
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Yield management experience preferred

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and remain on feet up to 8 hours
- Comfortable working throughout all hotel areas in varying conditions
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of the local area
- Customer-focused with the ability to suggestively sell
