Hours Monday to Friday 9-5:30 with possible weekends and holidays
The pharmacy manager will be the pharmacist-in-charge of the outpatient pharmacy and coordinator of the 340b program and will work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.

The Pharmacist Will
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
- Supervise other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Oversee and manage the pharmacy's inventory
- Comply with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
- Provide information to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related products
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions
- Ensure compliance with HRSA regulations, preventing duplicate discounts, and maintaining audit readiness.
- Manage 340B pharmacy operations, including inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Maximize savings while maintaining program integrity.
- Develop 340B policies, procedures, and staff training materials.
- Complete annual HRSA recertification and register new sites.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred
- 340b pharmacy experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
