As part of our Financial Planning Mastery Program, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from experienced advisors as you develop your expertise and build your practice.

Candidates must be committed to becoming fully licensed (Life & Health Insurance, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Burlington, Vermont area.

Earning Potential & Benefits:

• Year 1: $90-125K (performance-based, uncapped)
• Year 4 : $250K–$500K for top performers

• Build and expand your professional network through relationship development and referrals
