SUMMARY: Experienced Financial Advisor is looking for a highly organized, dependable Practice Manager to assist with the growth of his practice. This position focuses on providing sales, administrative and client service support. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing day-to-day tasks, emails & calendars, providing logistical support, and working on operation-related projects. This person will need to perform tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a professional and personable attitude. The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial service and life insurance industry. Hybrid role out of Bedford, NH.
Salary Range: 60,000 – 70,000
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Calendar management
- Prompt email management.
- Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare agendas
- Generation of reports with summaries
- Providing a wide variety of administrative support activities
- Participating in additional projects
- Other clerical functions and related duties as assigned.
Client Relationship Management
· Interact in a professional manner with clients
- Direct client service
- Respond to routine client service issues and requests, new business applications
- Onboard new clients and manage the on-going client relationship
- Communicate with insurance and asset management companies
Compliance & Data Management
- Maintain client files to standards set by compliance
- Manage the client relationship database and client files
- Handling of business-sensitive and confidential information.
Team & Professional Development
- Practice management and team support
- Provide ongoing communication, updates and support to other team members
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of financial concepts preferred
