Position Summary:
The Lube Tech is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on all our equipment, including oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic inspections. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and longevity.
Responsibilities:
· Perform oil and filter changes on our equipment
· Drive to job sites to complete machine inspections and maintenance
· Lubricate moving parts and components according to manufacturer specs
· Check and top off fluids, including hydraulic, and transmission fluids
· Inspect belts, hoses, and other key components for wear and damage
· Maintain accurate service records and documentation
· Assist techs with basic maintenance and shop tasks as needed
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in heavy equipment industry
· Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
· Clean driving record
· Valid driver’s license
