Position Summary: The Service Coordinator will assist in the procurement and coordination of electrical construction, renovation, and service projects

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation review and maintenance of invoices
• Responsible for all aspects of Work Orders, making sure they are complete and concise
• Assist in administrative duties relating to service management as required, such as filing, phone calls, mailings, data entry, etc.
• Understand service billing schedule and provide input for timely billings
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable departments as needed
• Maintain an accurate filing system for billings, credit card payments, paid invoices and all customer and tax information
• Support estimating efforts as needed
• Work with customers on completing all required forms
• Dispatching electricians as necessary

• All other duties as assigned and required

Required Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superior communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals
• Must exhibit an energetic and positive attitude

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Will consider equivalent experience on a case by case basis
• Experience in project coordination beneficial; however, training will be provided
