What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Engagement Representative (Fully Remote within the State of Kentucky) position at Commonwealth CU?

Our Member Engagement Representatives are a vital part of our business efficiency and member satisfaction. They handle all inbound and outbound communication, providing a wide range of services and informed responses to our members and potential members.
The duties of a Member Engagement Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Staying readily available for incoming communications.
- Following established guidelines to protect the security of our members' information.
- Proficiently using software for communication tracking and member documentation and follow up.
- Establishing relationships with internal and external members and striving to provide exceptional service.
- Meeting Credit Union standard for referring new memberships, checking accounts and loans.
- Displaying knowledge of products and services and offering recommendations to members to meet their financial needs.
Some Saturday hours are required.
This position includes the following requirements and expectations:
- This remote work arrangement is not a replacement for appropriate childcare or other dependent care.
- Candidates must be available to work during Commonwealth Credit Union's standard business hours, which follow Eastern Time.
- A dedicated off-site workspace is required - one that supports productivity and ensures the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Home internet connection must maintain a minimum download speed of 100 Megabits per second and upload speed of 10 Megabits per second.
- A wired broadband internet connection is preferred. Satellite connection is not recommended.
