Who should apply?

The Marketing & Communications Intern would:
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote organizational goals and enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging visual and written content for advertising, marketing, social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Design marketing materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Support social media management efforts by developing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Contribute to member engagement and outreach initiatives by helping create targeted communications and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is preferred
- Have completed at least two years toward a degree (Junior or Senior status preferred)
- Hold a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Be available to work on-site at our administrative offices in Frankfort, KY
- Be available to work during our standard business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday), with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Specific hours will be determined based on mutual agreement.
