This role supports daily operations by ensuring all club areas, linens, and uniforms meet the Clubs high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning DutiesClean and sanitize club spaces including dining rooms, lounges, meeting rooms, restrooms, offices, and back-of-house areasSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixturesEmpty trash and recycling and properly dispose of wasteFollow established cleaning schedules and sanitation standardsReport maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptlyLaundry DutiesWash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, tablecloths, and staff uniformsInspect linens and uniforms for damage or excessive wear and report issuesMaintain cleanliness and proper operation of laundry equipmentEnsure adequate inventory of clean linens at all timesQualificationsPrior cleaning or laundry experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbsDependable, punctual, and professional demeanorSchedule & AvailabilityFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced private club environmentExposure to cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment (training provided)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payOpportunities for additional hoursEmployee meals and club benefits (as applicable)
