- This is an administrative position assisting the estimating and project management teams.
- Experience with and knowledge of commercial construction is preferred but not required.
- Responsibilities include costing projects, preparing estimates, purchasing material, preparing submittals and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- This position requires someone who is confident, organized, self-motivated and has a good work ethic.
- The candidate will need to have attention to detail along with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and prefer QuickBooks experience.
- Proficient in data entry techniques.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Typing proficiency to handle documentation efficiently.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Ability to computerize tasks for improved efficiency.
