Responsibilities:
- Support the proposal team in preparing high-quality pre-qualification packages and proposal submissions.
- Monitor and track Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
- Contribute to the development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align with company standards and branding.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business development lifecycle while actively participating in proposal strategy and execution.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the proposal process.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting materials for efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in post-proposal reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
- Demonstrate self-drive and organizational skills in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in marketing, writing, graphic design, data analytics, and project management.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
