What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educational Partnerships Manager position at CommonTime Pathways?
CommonTime Pathways is seeking an Educational Partnerships Manager to grow relationships with partners in academia by finding, signing, and engaging these partners so that relationships are mutually successful. As an early member of the team, you'll help to create structure and processes for our institutional sales funnel, and identify our ideal partner profiles as well as set timelines and expectations. You will report to the CEO who will help you ensure that partnerships are driving more revenue in both public and private academia.
Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the Director of Sales and CEO in navigating the sales process for institutional partners
*Collaborate with the legal department to bring contracts to the finish line in a timely fashion
*Manage your own partnerships, ensuring you are driving substantial revenue from these relationships
*Participate in marketing activities aimed to share our product with potential partners
*Collaborate with the marketing team to identify our ideal partner profiles, and engage in market research to find additional partner types
*Facilitate partner co-marketing campaigns and materials in collaboration with marketing
Requirements:
*3 years of experience in sales or business development in an educational setting for a SaaS product
*Knowledge of the RFP process for publicly funded partners
*Track record of exceeding revenue goals for multiple quarters
*Experience working across different internal departments
Compensation:
Base $45,000-$55,000 based on experience 12% commission on new clients 8% commission on renewals or up-sells
