Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Performs patient care activities in the Operating Room in accordance with established hospital procedure. Responsible for patient transport, preparation of Operating Rooms, supply and equipment inventory.
Job Requirements
Minimum:
- At least one (1) year of acute care experience required.
- Completion of nurse assistant, EMT or CNA training courses required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Computer skills required.
- Care Connect, Omnicell, Lawson Computer systems experience required.
Preferred:
- Experience with sterile supplies preferred.
- Operating Room or surgery center experience preferred
