Job SummaryResponsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. Coordinatesthe daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures inassigned areas. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, andfinancial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment bybeing visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but arenot limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rulecompliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.
Job Requirements

Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
Bachelors Degree, preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years of experience as a technologist. 1 years of supervisory experience, preferred. Efficiency in timemanagement and interpersonal skills
License/Certifications RequirementCredential Source Required/Preferred ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer(RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) registry in at least one ofassigned modalities. Current Basic Life Support (BLS} from American Heart Association
