Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to lead and shape the future of community health? LakeWood is seeking a dynamic Community Health Supervisor to oversee and elevate our vital public health programs. This position has a flexible schedule, with no evenings, weekends or holidays.
What You'll Do:
As our Community Health Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of public health, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading our Public Health department and RHC visiting nurse program.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all services.
- Guiding financial oversight for personnel and supplies.
- Developing and implementing policies that align with our mission.
- Ensuring compliance with State Department of Health standards.
- Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Overseeing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engaging with community partners and developing contracts.
- Mentoring staff and sharing your expertise.
- Driving emergency preparedness planning and training.
- Collaborating on community health needs assessments and strategic planning.
- Managing the departmental budget.
Sign On Bonus: $20,000
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Certified in Public Health Nursing by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- RN Licensure in the State of Minnesota
- BLS
- Drives License
- Auto Insurance
