Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care or are seeking to change specialties in nursing. Job Requirements
Required
- Registered Nurse with current California License required
- 1 years of RN experience
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP, within 30 Days
- Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements.
- Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance record
- Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency
- Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays
- Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
