Required
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing., upon hire and
- Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting, upon hire and
- two years in an oncology acute care setting or related work experience (ie. Med/Surg or ICU/PCU); and
- One year in chemotherapy administration.
- Oncology Certified Nurse, upon hire
