- Quality of documentation demonstrates compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Performance demonstrates coordination of care with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Individual maintains knowledge and skill to use the CIS documentation system
- Maintains quality of care as indicated by patient satisfaction questionnaires for HH & H.
- Ability to act as clinical preceptor in own field of practice to students/interns/new employees
- Ability to competently and independently use home infusion and enteral products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CA RN license.
- Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance.
- BLS certification (through the AHA)
- One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
- Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency.
- Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set.
- Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply.
- AA degree in Nursing
- We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and
