- Provides basic, bedside care.
- Displays professionalism while completing multiple urgent tasks in a timely manner.
- Performs triage, collects current symptoms, records patients’ current vital signs, as well as a detailed patient history.
- Works directly under physician’s direction and/or policies/procedures.
- Prepares and administers and records prescribed medications.
- Provides Patient/Family Education.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: MN
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months and
- Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 24 - months or
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses, within 24 - months and
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 24 - months or
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, within 24 - months and
- Comprehensive Adv LS Provider, within 24 - months or
- Two years emergency nursing experience.
