Job Summary and Responsibilities
Support the Central Region by assisting with projects in nursing, nursing staff development and other professional practice activities. Projects may include consultation, integration of business processes during transitions/integration of functions or systems, data analysis, and/or subject matter expertise and support for a specific functional area. Provide support and facilitate the work of the organization by compiling, organizing and processing information for Nursing Administration. Provides services which encompass the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care of the sick, prevention of disease, or conservation of health. The position contributes to the mission and core values of CommonSpirit.
- Serves as a role model and facilitates the creation/maintenance of a positive environment that maximizes professional development of nursing staff.
- Including education of nursing certification, recruitment efforts, healthcare workforce development strategies and Magnet/Pathways promotion.
- Supporting the region for the Leadership Excellence Achievement Development (L.E.A.D) program.
- Supporting the region for the Professional Nurse Achievement Program (PNAP).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's of Nursing and Minmum of 3 years bedside experience
Salary : $52 - $77
