Mercy Radiology Group is seeking a dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our premier, 100% physician-owned practice in Redding, CA. Affiliated with Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health, we offer a collaborative, high-quality environment with diverse leadership opportunities.

- Clinical Focus: Perform all facets of breast imaging (Hologic tomosynthesis; US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies) with breast-only or mixed-modality tracks available.

- Modern Workflow: Home workstations provided for screening mammography and remote clinical work capabilities.
- Expert Team: Join a collegial section comprised almost entirely of fellowship-trained radiologists with low turnover.
- Competetive Earnings: Base salary of $500k–$550k with total partner compensation exceeding $650,000 (including profit distribution).

Job Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
