*Job Summary and Responsibilities*

• CHI Health Clinic* is seeking a *Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner* to provide services in the Omaha metro area. Join our amazing Psychiatric Associates team where you will be part of a collaborative team focused on our mission and delivering whole person care. Whether a new graduate or experienced PMHNP, you will be provided with the support and mentorship you need to succeed!
• Full Time Schedule @ Lasting Hope
• Outpatient Clinic Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some flexibility
• Weekend Inpatient Rounding rotation
• Work Independently with the support of a collaborating Psychiatrist
• Fully supported team model including Psychiatrists, Therapists, RN's.
• New patient evaluations, diagnose, treat and manage mental health conditions in Adults and Adolescents

*Job Requirements*

* *Certified by the ANCC or AANP as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner*

• Minimum of 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders
• Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations
• Nebraska and Iowa Licensure
• Nebraska and Iowa DEA
