Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our dynamic team. As part of Dignity Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems, we are dedicated to building ongoing relationships with patients to provide the best care possible. We are currently home to over 20 dedicated providers and are proud to be affiliated with St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
Practice Highlights:

- Flexible Schedule: Choose between a 5 or 4-day work week
- Optional Evening Clinics: For physicians interested in expanded access or alternative hours, the option to run an evening clinic is available, but entirely up to your preference
- Tailored Clinical Interests: Enjoy the autonomy to shape your practice scope based on your passions.
- Office-based procedures (such as joint injections, dermatologic procedures, or women’s health) are encouraged for those interested, but are not required
- True Comprehensive Care: Join a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient care at our March Lane clinic. (Scope of practice is determined by specialty: full-spectrum for Family Medicine; adult/geriatric focus for Internal Medicine)
- Diverse Clinical Scope: Opportunity to manage a wide variety of cases, including women’s health, weight management, mental health counseling, and preventive medicine
- Chronic Disease Management: High-impact work managing complex conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid conditions, and arthritis
- No Call: 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call or rounding

Competitive Compensation and Benefits package includes:
- Guaranteed Salary: $246,755 – $296,789 / Year for the first two years
- Sign-on Bonus up to $125,000
- Student loan repayment option available

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted California medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
