$183.76 - $225.00 /hour

You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Women’s Health disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. - PRN position based at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA, a 124 bed Level III trauma center. The new provider will help with inpatient/call shifts.
- The group does approximately 120 deliveries per month. There is 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
- St. Francis has a special care nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks and staffed by a Pediatric Hospitalist who handles all neonatal needs, resuscitations and transfers.
- Group consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNM’s and 1 Gyn APP at this location.
- VMFH Women’s Health Service line includes 6 MFM’s, 1 Urogynecologist and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.
*Required*
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
