This position oversees both Immanuel and Council Bluffs Women's Clinics. Therefore, travel to Council Bluffs is required for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

*Pay Range*
$18.06 - $25.51 /hour

- Manage day to day operations of clinic functions.
- Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
- Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to; registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties.
- Assist the manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
- Assist the manager with new hire or reoccurring training processes.

- High School Graduate General Studies and 1 year of healthcare experience, upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and 1 year of healthcare experience, upon hire
