You will also take ownership in clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams, and utilize your knowledge and skills to provide effective supervision to clinical staff when necessary.

*Pay Range*
$104,000 - $125,000 /year

Role
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice. In your role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, encompassing functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Actively involve patients and their caregivers in the development of personalized treatment plans.
- Serve as a crucial interface between our clinic and other providers to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.
- Independently develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to all statutes and regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses, operating confidently within the legal boundaries of the APN category.
- Clearly communicate patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.
Required
- Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
- Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas
- Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting strongly preferred.
