*Pay Range*
$330,000 - $370,000 /year

- To be successful in this role*, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with an active Texas license. We seek strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care within a collaborative, efficient team. Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment, adapting to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction within a rapid response team supported model.
