Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Opportunity Highlights
- Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions
- Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting
- Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts
- Open ICU with no procedures or codes required
- Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Depending on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
- Relocation Assistance: $20,000

Job Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
- Minimum of 1-2 years APP experience in hospital medicine
