Be part of one of our stand-alone sites offering both urgent AND emergency care under one roof – CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region Urgent and Emergency Care. Located in great places to live, work and play like Arvada, Lakewood, Frederick, and Golden – every center is equipped with lab, CT Scan and X-ray capabilities on-site to provide the right level of treatment at an appropriate cost. Patients needing emergency services are attended to in a calm environment with individual exam rooms. And unlike most urgent care centers, every patient is seen by a physician. As a Multi Modality Tech II you will offer quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments. Multi Modality Techs will perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follows standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1 year imaging experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Registered Technologist, Radiology ARRT (R) required
- One of the following advanced certifications: ARRT(MR); ARDMS RDCS RVT; ARDMS RCS RVT; ARDMS RDMS RVT; ARRT RT(S) RT(S)(VS); ARRT(N); NMTCB required
- One additional modality certification (for a total of 3 certifications in radiology)
- Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Salary : $38 - $58
