Bruceville Terrace provides skilled nursing, rehabilitative and complex medical services to our patients and residents using an interdisciplinary team approach. Over half of the facility is dedicated to skilled nursing/convalescent care, while the remaining beds are committed to meet the medical and rehabilitative needs of the short-term patient after a stay at the acute care hospital. $45.27 - $51.07 /hour

- Accurately collects admission data and records information on Admission/Assessment/History Record within 2 hours of arrival on unit.
- Delegates data collection appropriately.
- Observes and reports to the Registered Nurse, patient's responses to therapeutic interventions, hospitalization and diagnosis, including physical and psychological response.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in meeting identified needs by appropriate referrals.
- Collaborates with the Registered Nurse regarding discharge planning.
- Demonstrates individual competency in selected psychomotor skills and independently performs technical procedures such as demonstrated ability to carry out procedures, assist physicians with procedures, safely use equipment, and proficiency on HIS.
- Job Requirements*Required
- One (1) year SNF/LTC care of the aged, acutely ill,chronically ill and patients in need of restorative care.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA
- Basic Life Support - CPR - authorized by the American Heart Association
