Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, under the general direction of a radiologist and radiology administration. In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health, the Lead Radiologic Technologist is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Radiologic Technologist III or greater and must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Must have license/certification in the Modality (CT) of the section they are assigned to.
- Must have satisfactorily completed formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school required.
- CRT and Fluoroscopy permit in accordance with California state regulation.
- BLS Cert through AHA.
- ARRT and CRT (CT) required.
