As a Phlebotomist, You Will
- *Perform Expert Collections:* Conduct precise venous and capillary punctures on all age groups, including critical Blood Bank collections, adhering to strict protocols and volume requirements.
- *Prioritize Patient Experience:* Practice positive patient identification and embody "HumanKindness" in every interaction, fostering a courteous and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
- *Optimize Efficiency:* Organize draw requests, process specimens for distribution, and meticulously maintain phlebotomy stations and storage areas to ensure a smooth workflow and rapid turnaround times.
- *Champion Safety & Compliance:* Strictly adhere to isolation, hand sanitization, and all blood collection procedures, ensuring the integrity and safety of every sample.
- *Collaborate & Support:* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, assist with phlebotomy training, and utilize sound judgment in problem-solving.

Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
* *State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice):*
- *Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification:* Required upon hire or transfer.
- Lab assistant program certificate.
