Job Summary and Responsibilities
Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. Practice Highlights:
- Join a well-established, multi-specialty group
- Outpatient practice and access to 24/7 Hospitalist Program
- High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
- Opportunity to precept Internal Medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)
Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:
- 100% Outpatient opportunity
- Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday; no weekends
- Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available;
- One clinic location, no hospital call
- Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
- Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Tahoe

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Excellent earning potential w/a guaranteed salary of $275,000 – $300,000/Yr for the first 2yrs

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
