CHI St. Joseph’s Health of Park Rapids, part of CommonSpirit Health, is an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of lake country. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, we offer a full range of services including 24/7/365 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, hospitalist program, testing, surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more so that you can experience better health.
*Pay Range*
$19.24 - $24.85 /hour

Responsibilities
- *Personal Care & Comfort:* Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility (ambulation and transfers), and promoting overall patient well-being.
- *Patient Monitoring:* Diligently reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- *Supportive Environment:* Performing light housekeeping, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe, healthful, and comforting home environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota (MN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Assocaition (AHA) required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have current vehicle insurance.
