Job Summary and Responsibilities
Primary Express Care NP or PA Opportunity - Be the Bridge Between Primary and Urgent Care!
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for an energetic and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our brand new Express Care Clinic in Elk Grove, CA. We increase access to patients by providing comprehensive care, patient education, and and submitting referrals to specialists.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Practice will have 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
- See patients on an appointment basis
- Enjoy a shift-based schedule
- Clinic will be open 7 days a week
- 165 shifts per year
- Opportunity to do procedures
- Full patient coverage when not in office for work/life balance
Compensation/Benefits:
- $151,889 guaranteed annual salary

Job Requirements
- Valid California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
