What you'll do...
- Provide a comprehensive assessment of a patient through the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data used to establish a health status baseline and plan of care, and address changes in a patient's condition.
- Collaborate with the health care team to develop and coordinate a plan of care.
- Develop nursing interventions for the patient’s plan of care.
- Implement nursing care through the execution of independent nursing interventions.
- Implement interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed health care provider.
- Delegate nursing tasks or assign nursing activities to implement the plan of care.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program
- Registered Nurse Licensed by Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within six (6) months of start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within in six (6) months of start date.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 12 months of start date.
