The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $25.88 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Performs functions as delegated by the RN according to the Nurse Practice Act and as noted in the following job description for the critical care tech. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
One year of healthcare experience (pre-hospital or ED or patient care) preferred.
High School diploma or GED required
Graduate of an EMT-B program required
IV Therapy Certification required (IV Certification is not required for positions located in Utah)
BLS (AHA) required
EKG Certification preferred
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
