- Observes clinical staff and students for any learning needs or deficiencies and provides education as appropriate
- Assists with the management of orientation of hospital personnel and students which includes providing educational resources and serving as the resource person and mentoring staff as appropriate
- Collaborates with appropriate hospital departments to ensure unit specific competencies are developed and maintained and assists management as needed
- Maintains knowledge of current regulatory requirements to ensure hospital staff and students are in compliance
- Assists management with the development of department and hospital policies and procedures which includes researching relevant content and providing appropriate updates
- Assists with the development, scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of clinical systems educational programs and services
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing and Three years clinical education, project management and database management experience , upon hire and
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
- Masters Of Science Nursing and Clinical education experience in an acute care hospital, upon hire
