*Pay Range*
$56.36 $65.76 /hour
- CHI Health Clinic* is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established *Direct Primary Care* clinic on 132nd in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.
*Practice Highlights*
- Outpatient only
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Based on patient panel size with 800-900 patients per provider.
- 4 or 4 1/2 day work week
- Flexible, independent practice style
- This position offers a smaller panel of patients than a typical clinic so that patients can have same day or next day appointments and spend more time with a provider.

- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
