*Job Summary and Responsibilities*

As a Coordinator, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

• Duties are carried out with the ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to projects or assignments. 1.2 Organizes meetings including distributing materials, catering requests and transcribing minutes.
• Helps coordinate special meetings and events as requested, which may include travel and lodging arrangements in a timely manner.
• Manages scheduling of room reservations for meetings.
• Processes mileage and travel reimbursement requests for the department.
• Types correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, policies, committee minutes, manuals, letters forms, procedures and related material for department(s) as requested.
• Ensures that written communication is clear, grammatically correct, proofread and approved and prior to final distribution.

• High School Graduate or equivalent combination of education and
• Five (5) years experience
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR
