As a Cook, You Will
- *Master Meal Preparation:* Accurately review diet specifications, prepare foods close to serving times, and ensure correct portions for each resident.
- *Coordinate the Kitchen:* Organize your workday, prioritize tasks, and complete all duties efficiently.
- *Maintain Excellence:* Adhere to recipes, monitor food quality (temp, taste, texture), and ensure proper handling of all ingredients and leftovers.
- *Uphold Standards:* Practice impeccable sanitation and safety, maintain kitchen equipment, and follow daily cleaning schedules.
- *Collaborate & Support:* Handle communications professionally and adapt to increased workloads, always contributing to a positive team environment.
