Job Summary and Responsibilities
Assist the specific healthcare unit with a variety of clinical or administrative processes related to patient care, quality and business practices. Strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in administrative processes related to patient care, quality, and business practices.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis, auditing, reporting and trend identification skills.
- Demonstrate timely delivery of all assignments.
- Assists audiologists with assessing individuals with hearing loss for hearing aids and hearing assistive technology systems.
- Provides fitting, programming, and audiologic rehabilitation to ensure the best possible patient outcome.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM
- High School / GED
- At least one year of college in a relevant field of study (College Sophomore, Junior, or Senior or recent college graduate)
- Effective verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks
PREFERRED
- Audiology healthcare program student/graduate
