The CLS PD performs a variety of technical analyses, verifies results and assures quality and accuracy of tests under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor(s), Laboratory Manager(s), Laboratory Administrative Director, and Laboratory Medical Director (Pathologist).

*Job Requirements*
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science from an accredited institution
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
- Ability to demonstrate a familiarity and understanding of medical terminology, typing, math and computer skills
- Requires one (1) year of training post baccalaureate
- Two (2) years working in a laboratory setting
- Co-op or internship experience in a laboratory setting or prior acute care experience
- Degree majoring in Clinical Lab Science
