Job Summary and Responsibilities
Location: 81st & Center Family Medicine Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Are you a clinical expert with a passion for leadership and an even bigger passion for making healthcare a positive and fun experience? We are seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to be the dynamic, friendly face of our clinical team. This role is a perfect blend of hands-on patient care, strategic clinic supervisor, and team mentorship. We're looking for someone who can manage with a firm but fair hand, lead with enthusiasm, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in to help the team. What you’ll do: Your day-to-day adventures- Lead by example: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, including Medical Assistants and administrative staff, with a focus on high morale, productivity, and top-notch patient care.
- Mentor and grow: Take an active role in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of the clinical staff. You'll be their mentor, coach, and biggest cheerleader.
- Collaborate and communicate: Foster strong, professional, and friendly relationships with our providers, administrative staff, and, most importantly, our patients. You'll be the bridge that ensures seamless communication between all parts of the clinic.
- Set the standard: Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure we are always compliant with healthcare regulations and delivering the highest quality of care.
- Jump in clinically: Maintain your clinical expertise and provide direct patient care when needed. Whether it’s giving an immunization or assisting with a procedure, you're always ready to support the team.
- Resolve with a smile: Address and resolve patient issues and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
What you’ll need: The perfect blend of qualifications:- Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or an LPN required
- Licensure/Certification: Certified Medical Assistant or LPN license - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in a family medicine or primary care setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
