What You’ll Do
- Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs.
- Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge.
- Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate.

- Education: *Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: *Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
- Experience: A*t least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.
