Pay Range
$15.71 - $22.19 /hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Revenue Cycle Coordinator – Remittance Processing. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate posting of cash receipts and adjustments to the appropriate accounts.
- Responsible for remittance; adjustment entry & processing. Posts all payments and adjustments for the month in computer systems accurately, transferring the correct co-insurance amount to secondary insurance or patient balance.
- Balances and closes A/R entries daily and monthly in adherence with established policy & procedures.
- Performs EOM processing; balances AR, runs and disperses reports, distributing pertinent billing information with Revenue Cycle Associates.
- Provides analysis and request adjustments for adjudicated claims as appropriate.
- Reviews assigned accounts daily and performs follow-up on assigned tasks. according to established policies and procedures.
- Gathers information for timely resolution of issues and escalates to the appropriate personnel.
- Meets established productivity and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of relevant experience in a professional office setting, preferably in remittance processing.
- Remittance processing, bank statement balancing and resolution experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
