About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help bring creative ideas to life by managing the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Leaders, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure every project runs smoothly — from kickoff through launch — with clear communication, on-time delivery, and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with marketing peers across varies disciplines to plan, initiate, and manage marketing projects.
• Create and track project timelines and milestones using internal project management software.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and digital teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Manage internal workflows, deadlines, and project communication.
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Uphold quality assurance standards before any project launch.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings to support project alignment and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, SharePoint).
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

General Working Conditions:

• This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Travel to different locations may be required.
