Role Description
The Family Development Coach (FDC) is responsible for assisting individuals and families in achieving their goals through tailored support and coaching. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bronx, NY, where the FDC will collaborate with families to develop action plans, monitor progress, provide resources, and build relationships to facilitate empowerment. The FDC will also coordinate with other service providers to create a comprehensive support network and address challenges effectively.
